Every church deserves good music. Every musician deserves to be paid for it.
Across Nigeria, gospel musicians find work the same way they have for decades: someone knows someone who knows a keyboardist. It works — until the keyboardist doesn't show, or the church can't find a saxophonist by Saturday night, or a talented drummer in Ibadan never hears about the wedding in Lagos that would have paid his rent.
GigClef replaces “someone knows someone” with a network. Churches and planners post gigs with real budgets. Musicians build verified profiles with clips of their playing. Contact happens on WhatsApp — where Nigeria already does business — and reputations are built in public, one rated booking at a time.
GigClef grew out of Horns Engineer Musical, a Lagos instrument-repair workshop that spent years watching the same problem from the bench: brilliant players with broken horns and no bookings, and churches paying over the odds for mediocre ones. We built the tool we wished existed.

How we make money
No hidden fees. Musicians subscribe to GigClef Pro from ₦2,000/month. Organizers post gigs free and can boost them. Booking deposits carry a small platform fee. That's the whole model — we only do well when musicians get booked.
