By creating an account or using GigClef, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use paid features.
What GigClef is
GigClef is a platform that connects musicians, churches, and organisers, and offers repair and community features. We are nota party to any booking or payment made between users off-platform, and we don't guarantee any gig, booking, or income.
Subscriptions & payments
- Some actions (applying, messaging, being discovered) require an active subscription.
- Subscription is ₦2,000/month, billed via Paystack or paid by bank transfer.
- Access stays active for the paid period. You can stop renewing at any time; your profile remains and you can keep browsing for free.
- For billing issues or a refund request, contact us within 7 days of a charge.
Acceptable use
- No fraud, scams, harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
- Never demand upfront payment from musicians to “secure” a gig — legitimate gigs pay the musician.
- Post only content you have the right to share. Don't impersonate others.
- We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on GigClef so the platform can function (e.g. showing your profile, questions, and answers publicly).
Liability
GigClef is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between users. Always confirm terms before traveling or paying.
Termination
You can stop using GigClef anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
